Agents of the ATESH guerrilla movement have recorded that russian invaders recently occupied a closed hospital building in the temporarily occupied Skadovsk, Kherson Region, to deploy the headquarters of a military unit. In the building, the guerrillas recorded the active movement of the military, the work of communication equipment and activity characteristic of the command post.
This is said in the ATESH report.
"Skadovsk's medical infrastructure is being seized in favor of the occupation forces, leaving residents without access to medical care. Before the occupation, there were two hospitals in the city - now the district hospital is closed, and instead of returning it to the residents, the occupiers are transferring the building for military use. The central hospital is already unable to cope with the flow of patients," the guerrillas said.

ATESH emphasized that the placement of a military headquarters in a civilian medical facility directly violates the norms of international humanitarian law.
"The occupiers do not open hospitals for people - they take them for their army," the guerrillas summarized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, according to ATESH, russian troops are building a new base to launch Shahed-type attack drones less than 200 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
