Russia must receive security guarantees. Without them, the end of the russian-Ukrainian war is impossible. This is evidenced by the answer of the russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to the questions of the russian media.

"Now, when the prospect of a political and diplomatic settlement has appeared on the horizon, the European Union, seeking a place at the negotiating table, has spoken about the need to provide solid security guarantees to Ukraine as a key element of a peaceful solution. I will omit the fact that no one in the European Union has said a single word about russia's security guarantees, without which the conflict cannot be overcome," said the russian minister.
He also made it clear that he does not currently support providing security guarantees to Ukraine.
Separately, Lavrov touched on the topic of the situation of national minorities in Ukraine. In particular, Lavrov mentioned the Hungarian community and reported that he had discussed this issue with Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó, and also repeated traditional accusations of restricting the rights of russian and other minorities.
