Alla Pugacheva is trying to get rid of the real estate in russia that she left after the start of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine. According to media reports, the diva is selling a Moscow apartment in Filippovsky Lane without public announcements - closed showings for a limited number of buyers have begun. This is reported by the Ukrainian News Agency.
How much does Pugacheva's apartment cost?
The estimated price of a similar apartment in the same building in the Arbat district with an area of about 303 square meters is about USD 6.4 million.
It is noteworthy that on the same floor as Pugacheva's apartment are the apartments of her ex-husband - putinist Philipp Kirkorov, where renovations have been going on for the second year.

Unsuccessful attempt to sell Pugacheva's estate
A previous attempt to sell a luxurious six-story estate with an area of 2,500 square meters in the village of Gryaz failed - due to the status of her husband Maxim Galkin as a "foreign agent", the original price of USD 16-17 million was reduced by more than half. In the end, the singer re-registered the property for her younger children.

Why did Pugacheva leave russia?
Pugacheva finally left russia in the fall of 2022. In September 2025, she explained her decision: she initially left for treatment in Israel, but did not return due to the family's anti-war position, political pressure and bullying of children at school after her husband Maxim Galkin was declared a "foreign agent" by the authorities of the aggressor country, the russian federation.

On February 24, 2022, Maxim Galkin was one of the first russian artists to publicly condemn the military aggression against Ukraine. He repeatedly accused the russian leadership of war crimes and during his 2022-2024 world tour, he donated part of his earnings to funds to help Ukrainian refugees.
As previously reported, last year, Alla Pugacheva, in an interview with journalist Katerina Gordeeva, spoke in detail for the first time about the circumstances of her departure from russia after the invasion of Ukraine.
