The Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Danylo Hetmantsev named the TOP-5 largest pensions awarded by court decisions.
He announced this on Telegram, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The TOP-5 largest pensions awarded by court decisions:

- UAH 193,772
- UAH 190,932
- UAH 172,941
Four out of five are pensions of former employees of the prosecutor's office.
According to him, the courts oblige the Pension Fund to pay them pensions for years of service in the amount of up to 90% of their salary - without any restrictions.
"And here a simple question arises: what reality do we live in? In one, millions of elderly people receive UAH 2,000-4,000 and find themselves below the poverty line. In the other, certain categories receive hundreds of thousands of hryvnias from the budget every month through the courts," the MP wrote.
He added that a fair pension reform must necessarily provide for restrictions on super-high special pensions in order to eliminate blatant inequality.
"I draw the attention of my colleagues in parliament that bill No. 12278, which abolishes clan pensions, has not yet been submitted for a second reading. We cannot delay changes that are long overdue," Danylo Hetmantsev concluded.
