Iran has handed the US and Israel a list of ten demands to end the war. Among the key conditions are the complete lifting of sanctions and a halt to strikes on Hezbollah.

This was reported by The New York Times with reference to Iranian state media and senior officials.

According to sources, the document was passed through Pakistan, which is currently acting as the main mediator in the negotiations. The proposal appeared on the eve of the deadline set by US President Donald Trump, after which a new wave of bombing of Iran may begin.

According to Iranian officials, Tehran's main demands are guarantees of non-aggression in the future, the complete lifting of international sanctions and the cessation of Israeli operations against Hezbollah in Lebanon.

In return, Iran is ready to open the Strait of Hormuz - one of the key oil transportation routes in the world. At the same time, Tehran proposes to introduce a fee for the passage of ships - about USD 2 million for each.

These funds are planned to be distributed together with Oman and directed to the restoration of infrastructure destroyed as a result of US and Israeli strikes.

At the same time, Iranian state media emphasize that the proposed plan "rejects a ceasefire" and "envisages a complete end to the war in accordance with Iran's vision."

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on April 6, The Wall Street Journal wrote that attempts to establish a dialogue between the US and Iran have not yet yielded results. Tehran refused to make concessions and has effectively blocked the negotiation process.
