Users left the largest number of complaints - about 4,000 in the last hour - to Rostelecom, Downdetector reports. According to them, wired Internet has stopped working and most websites are not opening.
The failures also affected banking services. Users report the unavailability of websites and mobile applications, as well as problems with payments and money transfers.

Among the services receiving complaints are Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, Gosuslugi, T2, as well as Discord, Steam, and online cinemas Okko and Wink.
The Sboy.rf service records complaints about the operation of Tricolor, NTV Plus, and Moesnergosbyt. At the same time, the Sboy.rf website itself also became unavailable.
The reasons for the outage have not yet been established.
