This was announced on his Telegram channel by Vice Prime Minister for Recovery - Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksii Kuleba, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Kuleba said that what has already been done, namely, the regions have developed resilience plans based on the needs of each region; the plans have been agreed and approved at the NSDC level; the regions are already receiving initial funding for implementation; the Ministry continues to search for additional funds and is beginning the practical implementation of the plans.
He added that some regions need to significantly accelerate preparations.
