Mass demonstrations against US President Donald Trump, called "No Kings," took place in all 50 states on Saturday, March 28. Reuters reported on Sunday, March 29.

The demonstrators protested against the war in Iran, immigration policies and Trump's unilateral decisions. More than 3,200 "No Kings" events were planned across the country in all 50 states.

"No president before Trump has posed 'such an existential threat to our freedoms and security,'" said one of the organizers, actor Robert De Niro.

The publication noted that two-thirds of the No Kings events took place outside major cities, which is almost 40% more for smaller communities compared to the first protests last June.
