The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) granted Silpo chain owner Volodymyr Kostelman permission to acquire control over Badyoriy chain of stores.
This is stated in the Antimonopoly Committee's report, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Permission has been granted to PJSC CUVCIF Benefit to acquire control over Nedles LLC," the AMCU decision of March 26 says.
The beneficiary of PJSC "Closed Undiversified Venture Corporate Investment Fund "Benefit" is Volodymyr Kostelman from Fozzy Group, which includes the chains "Silpo", "Fora" and Thrash!.
According to YouControl, the owners of LLC "Nedles", which is developing the chain of stores "Badyoryi" in Kyiv and the Kyiv Region, are Vitalii Miroshnikov and head Ihor Prokhorenko.
As indicated on the website of the chain "Badyoryi", 171 stores are currently operating.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine granted the largest mobile operator Kyivstar permission to purchase solar power plants in the Lviv Region.
According to the study of the Opendatabot, Silpo took second place in the ranking of revenues of Ukrainian retail for 2025.
