In January-February 2026, the amount of funds received by banks that are being liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund (DGF) amounted to UAH 163 million.
This is stated in the fund's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Of these funds, UAH 42.2 million were received by banks managed by the fund from loan repayments.
Another UAH 43.4 million were received by banks from income from securities.
Also, UAH 17.7 million were proceeds from the sale of assets, UAH 2.5 million from property leases, and UAH 57.2 million from other sources.
The leaders in terms of the amount of proceeds as of March 1, 2026 were:
- JSC RwS BANK – UAH 57.7 million;
- JSC MR BANK – UAH 29.4 million;
- JSC IBOX BANK – UAH 24.7 million;
- JSC COMINVESTBANK – UAH 16.7 million.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, during 2025, the proceeds to banks that are being liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund amounted to UAH 4,930.8 million.
The funds received from the management and sale of assets (property) of insolvent banks under the management of the fund are directed to satisfy the claims of their creditors in the order determined by Article 52 of the Law "On the Deposit Guarantee System for Individuals".
