Agents of ATESH from the 127th motorized rifle division of the aggressor country of the russian federation report that there is an established scheme of illegal sale of weapons and ammunition from military warehouses in the Zaporizhzhia Axis. This is stated in a post on the Telegram channel of the partisan movement.
It is reported that company commanders and warehouse chiefs are involved in the scheme. They remove some of the weapons from the register, registering them as lost in battle or damaged, and then hand them over to intermediaries.
"Modern AK-12 and AK-102 assault rifles are entering the black market - into the criminal environment or through illegal channels through the cities of Tokmak and Melitopol. Ordinary fighters on the front line are given outdated AK-74s and earlier models. Such weapons often misfire or jam right during combat. This directly reduces the combat effectiveness of units and leads to additional losses," the partisans said in a statement.
ATESH adds that the servicemen of the aggressor country's army themselves understand what is happening: while commanders earn money from selling modern weapons, they are sent into battle with something that can fail at any moment.
As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier, agents of the ATESH partisan movement carried out a sabotage operation in the area of temporarily occupied Severodonetsk, Luhansk Region. A transformer was destroyed that provided electricity to the headquarters of the 123rd Artillery Brigade of the armed forces of the aggressor country, the russian federation.
