A russian drone has hit the building of a territorial recruitment and social support center in the Zarichnyi District of Sumy during an air raid.
Oleh Hryhorov, the head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, and the press service of the center have reported this.
A 16-year-old teenager who was standing at a bus stop near the building was injured as a result of the attack. According to Hryhorov, the boy received minor injuries and his life is not in danger. No other casualties were reported among the center's staff and visitors.
The territorial recruitment center stated that the attack was targeted and aimed at preventing the replenishment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"The enemy is trying to act where it thinks it hurts the most: through intimidation, attacks and information pressure to influence the readiness of Ukrainians to defend the country," the statement said.
As a reminder, in the Poltava Region, an attack on a territorial recruitment and social support center's notification group took place - three servicemen and three police officers received chemical burns from tear gas.
