To prevent the army of the aggressor country of russia from growing, Ukraine needs to destroy 40,000-45,000 russian soldiers every month. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"Russia constantly mobilizes 40,000-45,000 people per month. To prevent the russian army from growing, we need to destroy approximately the same number. Destroy only so that russia does not spread its aggression," he noted.
According to him, over the past three months, Ukraine has destroyed 30,000, 35,000 and 28,000 russians, respectively.
"This is almost 100,000 people. Imagine how much russia is giving for the sake of this war," he added.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on March 13, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi reported that for the third month in a row, the aggressor country of russia has been losing more soldiers on the front in Ukraine than it has managed to recruit to the army.
On March 16, Zelenskyy said that the Defense Forces of Ukraine had foiled a strategic offensive operation that the army of the aggressor country of russia planned to conduct in March.
