In 2025, the mobile operator Kyivstar (Kyiv) increased its total revenue by 30.3% to UAH 48.2 billion compared to last year.
This is stated in the company's financial report, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue increased by 30.1% to UAH 13.5 billion compared to the same period in 2024.
At the same time, EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization) for 2025 increased by 30% to UAH 27 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 56% compared to 2024.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, EBITDA increased by 23.1% to UAH 7.2 billion compared to the same period in 2024, and the EBITDA margin was 53.5%.
The report notes that digital revenue in 2025 increased 4.9 times to UAH 5.2 billion and reached 10.7% in the revenue structure.
In the fourth quarter of 2025, revenue from digital services increased 6.4 times to UAH 2.1 billion and amounted to 15.7% of total revenue.
The share of users of package services (multiplay users) increased by 18.0% compared to last year to 7.3 million, which is 35.0% of active mobile subscribers per month.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, according to media reports, Kyivstar has recently implemented two tariff increases: a large-scale increase from December 18, 2025 and an announced increase in individual tariffs from March 1, 2026.
In the third quarter of 2025, the company received EBITDA profit of UAH 7.1 billion, which is 21.5% more than in the third quarter of 2024, and in dollars the growth was 20.4% - to USD 171 million.
Kyivstar has the largest mobile and fixed-line network in the country and serves about 24 million subscribers.
Kyivstar's digital services portfolio includes the Helsi digital medical platform with a registered user base of 28 million and the Kyivstar TV film and television platform.
The largest shareholder of the VEON group, which includes Kyivstar, is the LetterOne Group, which was created by the founders of the russian Alfa Group, Mikhail Fridman, German Khan and Alexei Kuzmichov. In 2022, they left the Board of Directors after russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine and the imposition of sanctions against Fridman.
