In February 2026, the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with more than 4,400 new passenger cars in the private and corporate sectors of the car market, the most popular in the private sector remained Toyota Rav-4.
This is stated in the message of the Ukravtoprom association, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
The message says that 63% of passenger cars were sold to private clients, and 37% were purchased by legal entities.
Compared to February 2025, sales of new passenger cars decreased in the private segment of the car market by 16%, and in the corporate segment they increased by 4%.
When purchasing new passenger cars, private buyers preferred the following models: Toyota Rav-4 - 288 units; Toyota LC Prado - 150 units; Hyundai Tucson - 147 units; Mazda CX5 - 140 units and Skoda Karoq - 93 units.
At the same time, the following were in greatest demand among legal entities: Renault Duster - 241 units; Toyota Rav-4 - 84 units; Toyota LC Prado - 79 units; Toyota Hilux - 52 units and Skoda Kodiaq - 50 units.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in January 2026, the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with more than 5,100 new cars in the private and corporate sectors of the car market, the most popular in the private sector was the Toyota Rav-4.
In 2025, the Ukrainian car fleet was replenished with 81,300 new cars in the private and corporate sectors of the car market, the most popular in the private sector was the Volkswagen ID.Unyx.
