In February 2026, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 85.9 billion (99% of the previous month's level) or 70% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.
This is stated in the exchange's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
In January-February 2026, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 172.8 billion (115% of the level of the same period in 2025) or 73% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.
In the trading structure for February, the share of Ukrainian government bonds was 75.4% (UAH 64.8 billion or 114% of the previous month's level), currency swaps - 23.8% (UAH 20.5 billion or 73.2% of the previous month's level), corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 0.3% (UAH 0.3 billion or 105% of the previous month's level), foreign bonds - 0.3% (UAH 0.3 billion or 15% of the previous month's level), securities of collective investment undertakings (CIIs) - 0.1% (UAH 0.1 billion or 384% of the previous month's level), municipal bonds - 0.01% (UAH 7 million or 7% of the previous month's level), shares of foreign issuers - 0.001% (UAH 1.1 million or 3% of the previous month's level) and shares of Ukrainian issuers - 0.0004% (UAH 0.4 million or 4% of the previous month's level).
In February, 8.9% of transactions were concluded on the "bid market", 85.7% on the "quotation market" (including address transactions), 3.0% in the REPO and REPO "with risk control" modes, and 2.4% in the SWAP "with risk control" mode.
In February, 42 trading participants concluded transactions with 102 issues of securities: domestic government loan bonds (OVDPs) - 55, government foreign loan bonds (OZDP) - 8, corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 12, shares of foreign issuers - 11, CII securities - 8, shares of Ukrainian issuers - 3, bonds of foreign countries - 2, currency swaps - 2 and municipal bonds - 1.
In January-February 2026, 45 trading participants concluded transactions with 117 issues of securities: OVDPs - 62, OZDPs - 8, shares of foreign issuers - 16, corporate bonds of Ukrainian issuers - 13, CII securities - 8, bonds of foreign countries - 4, shares of Ukrainian issuers - 3, currency swaps - 2 and municipal bonds - 1.
Since June 17, 2024, currency swap trading began in the PFTS trading system.
In February 2026, transactions were concluded with currency swaps "US dollar - Ukrainian hryvnia" (ticker: USDUAH) and "euro - Ukrainian hryvnia" (ticker: EURUAH).
The total trading volume of these swaps amounted to UAH 20.5 billion (23.8% of the total trading volume or 73.2% of the previous month's level).
Among the 55 issues of government bonds with which transactions were concluded in February, 17 issues had maturity dates in 2026 (UAH 9.9 billion), 24 issues had maturity dates in 2027 (UAH 29.7 billion), 9 issues had maturity dates in 2028 (UAH 10.9 billion) and 5 issues had maturity dates in 2029 (UAH 12.4 billion).
From July 26, 2022, trading in domestic government loan bonds of Ukraine denominated in foreign currency began on the PFTS in the currency of the nominal value.
In February 2026, the volume of exchange contracts with government bonds executed in the currency of the nominal value amounted to USD 87.1 million and EUR 22.9 million (6% of the total trading volume).
As of March 1, 2026, the number of trading participants in the organized market of JSC PFTS Stock Exchange was 54: 29 banks and 25 financial companies.
As of March 1, 2026, 397 issues of financial instruments were admitted to trading on JSC PFTS Stock Exchange, of which 112 issues of securities were on the List of assets of the regulated market.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in January 2026, the total trading volume on the PFTS amounted to UAH 86.9 billion (156% of the previous month's level) or 76% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.
In 2025, the total trading volume of the PFTS reached UAH 845 billion, which is 163% of the 2024 level, or 78% of the total trading volume of securities trading organizers in Ukraine.
