Sale of assets of bankrupt banks as a result of auctions in February makes almost UAH 8.6 million

During February 2026, 70 auctions for the sale of assets of banks liquidated by the Deposit Guarantee Fund were announced in the Prozorro.Sale system

This is stated in the report of the Fund, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

10 auctions for the sale of assets of five banks totaling about UAH 8.6 million were successful.

44.3% of this amount (UAH 3.8 million) was secured through the sale of real estate. The rest was made up of the sale of a pool of assets of one bank (UAH 1.7 million), vehicles (UAH 1.5 million), retail loans (UAH 1.5 million), and paintings (UAH 0.01 million).

Statistics of successful auctions for the month by banks:

JSC "COMINVESTBANK" - UAH 4.8 million;

JSC "BANK FORWARD" - UAH 1.7 million;

JSC "MEGABANK" - UAH 1.5 million;

JSC "MR BANK" - UAH 0.5 million;

PJSC "PROMINVESTBANK" – over UAH 0.1 million.

As of today, following the results of successful auctions in February, payment for three lots in the amount of UAH 4.8 million has been received. Funds for seven lots in the amount of UAH 3.8 million are still expected.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the funds received from the sale of assets are used to settle accounts with creditors of the banks being liquidated.

Asset auctions are held in the Prozorro.Sale electronic system. Anyone can take part in the auction, except for borrowers and guarantors of the loan put up for auction, as well as the russian federation or persons associated with the aggressor state. The winner of the auction is the bidder who offers the highest price for the lot.
