The US military is "totally" crushing Iran, but a big wave of strikes is still ahead. US President Donald Trump said this in a telephone interview with CNN on Monday, March 2.
Trump noted that he considers the actions of the United States Armed Forces in Iran to be very powerful and successful. According to him, so far the US military has not acted at full strength.
"We are giving them a ticking off. I think everything is going very well. It is very powerful. We have the best armed forces in the world, and we are using them. We have not even started to put a lot of pressure on them yet. The big wave has not even come yet. The big wave will come soon," Trump said.
In his opinion, this is how they should act with Iran and not worry about agreements. Iran lost a lot during the first strikes, Trump said.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on February 28, US President Donald Trump made an official statement confirming the start of a large-scale military operation against Iran.
On March 1, the IDF announced the elimination of 40 key Iranian military commanders and all high-ranking leaders of the "Iranian axis of terror."
On March 2, Trump said that Iran had twice tried to eliminate him.
