Due to the deteriorating security situation in certain regions, Ukrzaliznytsia has introduced temporary changes to the organization of train traffic on March 1.

It was reported by the company's press service.

In particular, in the Sumy and Chernihiv Regions, regional trains are currently running only to and from Konotop, and in the Nizhyn direction, suburban traffic has been switched to adapted schedules. Between the Kharkiv and Donetsk Regions, on the section from Lozova to Kramatorsk, transportation is organized by bus transfers, while train No. 101/102 Barvinkove - Kherson will be waiting for passengers, and regional express trains in the Izium direction will run as scheduled.

In the Zaporizhzhia Region, after the night shelling, there were power outages, but suburban trains started running with possible delays of up to one hour. Due to the difficult situation, trains No. 86/85, No. 128/127, No. 6 and No. 40/39 have been temporarily suspended to the Dnipro-Holovnyi station, and buses are currently providing transportation between Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia. In the Kherson Region, train traffic is organized taking into account the current security situation, and passengers are asked to closely monitor operational push notifications in the official app.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Ukrzaliznytsia is making the arrival time of flights from Kamianets-Podilskyi to Lviv and Kyiv more convenient.

On February 15, Ukrzaliznytsia restricted the movement of trains in the Sumy and Kharkiv Regions.
