The National Commission for Securities and Stock Market (Securities Commission) has updated the list of potentially dangerous investment projects during its last meeting.
This is stated in the commission's message, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Two projects with signs of increased risk have been added: Bits Global and DAXIA LIMITED.
The updated list already contains 462 projects that show signs of fraud or violations of the law.
They can be viewed on the Commission's website in the "Investor Rights Protection" section.
A dubious investment project usually has the following signs: lack of clear financial forecasts, opaque structure, inflated promises of profit and high risks without proper justification.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, dubious financial projects often disguise themselves as legal companies, are actively advertised, offer "free bonuses" or guaranteed profits, but do not have a license and hide legal information.
