The video of the FP-5 Flamingo cruise missile strike on the Votkinsk plant in Udmurtia of the russian aggressor country demonstrated a perfect feature of the Ukrainian development. Defense Express portal writes about this.
The first thing that can be seen in the video, which was filmed by a surveillance camera on the territory of the plant, is the high accuracy of the Ukrainian missile. It hit the roof of the production hall almost in the middle of the building.
Defense Express analysts note that such accuracy indicates that the missile has a perfect guidance system at the final stage of flight.

The portal also writes that two flashes can be seen in the video: one occurs directly during the hit and the other a few seconds later. This means that the missile pierced the concrete structures and exploded inside the building. The second flash indicates that the shock wave traveled throughout the building
Defense Express also noted that the video shows that the lights are on in the workshop building. This indicates that the plant, which produces Iskander-M ballistic missiles, operates in three shifts. It remains unknown whether the plant's employees were in the workshop during the hit or not.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on the night of February 20-21, the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck the Votkinsk plant. It is located in the Udmurt Republic, more than 1,300 kilometers from the Ukrainian border. Ukrainian Flamingo cruise missiles were used in the attack.
On February 25, the anonymous Telegram channel "Spy Dossier" published a video of the hit of a missile at one of the workshops, filmed by a surveillance camera on the territory of the plant.
