Due to the systematic shelling by russian troops and the growing threat to civilians, the Kherson City Military Administration has decided to significantly expand the list of areas where evacuation of families with children is mandatory. It was reported by the Kherson City Military Administration.

In addition, the entry of families with minors to these dangerous areas is now officially prohibited, as staying there poses a direct threat to life.

The new restrictions cover a large part of Kherson's residential areas, including the Korabel neighborhood, as well as Yantarnyi-1 and Yantarnyi-2. The mandatory evacuation zone includes Soborna, Hretska, Perekopska, Andriia Orlova streets and all adjacent lanes located in the direction of the Dnipro River. The area bordering Popovycha, 1-st Skhidna, Novozavodska and Perekopska streets has also been declared dangerous.

Away from the regional center, evacuation measures are being implemented in the Sadivskyi and Komyshanskyi starosta districts, as well as in the village of Inzhenerne in the Naddniprianskyi District. In the Antonivskyi starosta district, special attention is paid to the safety of residents of Skhidna streets, from 1st to 34th inclusive. The authorities emphasize that evacuation is not a formal requirement, but the only reliable way to save children from the consequences of enemy attacks.
