Russia attacks American enterprise in Sumy Region that produces Oreo and Milka

On Saturday, February 21, russian terrorist forces attacked an American enterprise in the Sumy Region. It is Mondelez, which produces world-famous food brands such as Milka, Oreo, Barni.

This was reported by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha.

"Russia struck another American enterprise in Ukraine - a civilian production facility of Mondelez in Trostianets - one of the first major American investment projects in Ukraine's independent economy," the report said.

The plant, which produces world-famous brands of food products, has been operating in Ukraine since the 1990s, and on February 21, a missile from the aggressor state of russia hit one of the production buildings. There were no casualties.

"When russian missiles hit such facilities, they are aimed not only at Ukraine. They are aimed at American business interests in Europe. Moscow cannot talk about economic dialogue with the United States while simultaneously attacking production facilities owned by the United States," the Foreign Minister emphasized.

It should be noted that Mondelēz International has been operating in Ukraine since 1995 and is one of the leaders in the food market and manufactures chocolate products, salty snacks and cookies. The company includes, in particular, the Trostianets Chocolate Factory "Ukraine" (Trostianets, Sumy Region).

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 5 it became known that the aggressor country of russia bombed American property in Dnipro, since the attacked factory belongs to the Bunge company from St. Louis, Missouri.
