Leléka will represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2026 with song Ridnym

Leléka won the National Selection, the final of which took place on February 7, with the song Ridnym. She will represent Ukraine at Eurovision 2026 in Vienna (Austria).

Leléka performed the song Ridnym and won with the maximum 10 points in both categories – from the jury and from the audience.

Viktoriya Leleka is a Ukrainian singer, arranger and film composer originally from the city of Shakhtarske in the Dnipropetrovsk Region. While studying at the I.K. Karpenko-Karyi Kyiv National University of Theatre, Cinema and Television in Kyiv, she also worked as an actress at the Young Theater.

In 2016, she moved to Berlin, where the ethno-jazz band Leléka was founded. In addition, she studied jazz vocals at the Dresden Conservatory and received a master's degree in film composition.

She is also known in Ukraine as the author of the music for the TV series "And There Will Be People".

We remind you that in 2026, the 70th anniversary Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Vienna. The semi-final shows will be held on May 12 and 14, and the grand final on May 16.

The lineup of participants in the semi-finals of the 70th Eurovision was previously determined by drawing lots. The representative of Ukraine will perform in the second half of the second semi-final.
