The enemy has been conducting artillery strikes on the territory of the Kherson CHPP during the day, at least five hits have been recorded.
This is said in a statement by the Naftogaz group, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"We are coordinating actions with local authorities and working out all possible options for providing heat," said Serhii Koretskyi, the Chairman of the Board of the Naftogaz of Ukraine JSC Serhii Koretskyi said.
The report says that this is the fourth attack on the Kherson CHPP since the beginning of February.
Russia continues to target civilian energy infrastructure in an attempt to complicate the restoration of heating facilities.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, the russians are almost constantly shelling the Kherson CHPP with artillery and drones.
