US President Donald Trump said that russian dictator vladimir putin allegedly kept his word and violated the agreements on a temporary ceasefire.
Trump made the corresponding statement during a conversation with journalists at the White House, his words are quoted by CNN.
"It was from Sunday to Sunday, and then he opened fire and dealt them a big blow last night," Trump responded to the journalists' request to comment on the latest massive attack by the russian federation.
The US President added that the russian dictator "kept his word." He also said that one week is a lot, considering how cold the weather is in Ukraine right now.
"We agree to anything, because it is really very cold there. But it was on Sunday, and they extended the break from Sunday to Sunday," said the head of the White House.
Trump also said that he would like putin to continue the "truce" and end the war against Ukraine.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, a few hours ago, White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters that Trump was not surprised when he learned that the russian federation had launched a massive attack on Ukraine.
As a reminder, yesterday, February 3, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is waiting for the US reaction to the massive russian attack on energy infrastructure.
