The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has supported the initiative of the Ministry of Defense and adopted amendments to Resolution No. 76, which regulates the issue of reservations for persons liable for military service during martial law.

This is stated in the message posted on the official portal of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The decision is aimed at improving the mechanism for booking employees of defense industry enterprises, which are critical for the functioning of the economy, and meeting the needs of the Security and Defense Forces.

From now on, the decisions of the Ministry of Defense on determining enterprises, institutions and organizations as critical in the defense industry will not contain information on the number of persons liable for military service who are subject to booking.

The decision takes into account the peculiarities of the work of defense industry enterprises in war conditions and creates conditions for scaling up the production of critical weapons.
