There were no strikes on energy last night, the russians have reoriented themselves to strikes on logistics. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
"There were no strikes on energy facilities last night, but yesterday afternoon there were strikes on energy infrastructure in several regions. We are now recording the reorientation of the russian army to strikes on logistics. Drone strikes on ordinary buildings in cities are also continuing," he said.
In particular, Zelenskyy reported that a russian ballistic missile in the Kharkiv Region damaged the civilian production warehouses of an American company, in Zaporizhizha, Shaheds struck one of the city districts, FPV drone strikes on Kherson, the cities of the Dnipropetrovsk Region, and most of all on Nikopol, the situation is difficult in the border areas of the Chernihiv, Sumy, and Kharkiv Regions.
The President gave the Minister of Defense and the Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine the task of building protection against drones along the line between Kherson and Zaporizhzhia.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on January 29, US President Donald Trump said that he had asked russian dictator vladimir putin not to strike Kyiv and other major Ukrainian cities for a week, and he allegedly agreed. Zelenskyy confirmed negotiations on an energy truce.
