In 2025, the Consolidated Budget of Ukraine received UAH 953.2 billion in taxes and fees from large taxpayers, which is 7.4% more than in 2024.
This was announced by the Acting Head of the State Tax Service Lesia Karnaukh on her Facebook page, Ukrainian News Agency reports.
Compared to 2024, revenues increased by 7.4%, or by UAH 65.6 billion.
The largest increase:
- tax and fee on income of individuals - + UAH 41.8 billion (+133.2%);
- VAT - + UAH 14.3 billion (+106.1%);
- excise tax on excisable goods produced in Ukraine - + UAH 13.5 billion (+112.8%).
It is noted that last year almost 40% of large taxpayers reduced their contributions to the budget.
In particular, this concerns the processing industry, the mining industry and quarry development, transport, warehousing and postal and courier activities, wholesale and retail trade, electricity and gas supply.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, in 2025, military tax revenues amounted to UAH 163.6 billion, which is more than three times more than in 2024 (UAH 51.2 billion).
