In the near future, Ukraine will receive generators from France, and this year there will be additional deliveries of French aircraft, missiles for air defense systems and an air bomb. President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this on Wednesday, January 28, after a telephone conversation with French President Emmanuel Macron.
Zelenskyy said he told Macron about the situation at the front, as well as about diplomatic work in Abu Dhabi and possible meetings. The French president spoke about the fight against the russian shadow fleet.
"And, of course, we discussed how to strengthen our energy resilience. In the near future, Ukraine will receive generators from France. Also this year, there will be additional supplies of French aircraft, missiles for air defense systems and bombs. Thank you!" Zelenskyy emphasized.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 16, Czech President Petr Pavel said that his country would soon provide Ukraine with combat aircraft to increase the effectiveness of countering drones launched by the aggressor country russia.
