The next meeting in the trilateral format between Ukraine, russia and the United States is scheduled for Sunday, February 1. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced this in his evening video address on Monday, January 26.
Zelenskyy noted that today the delegation made a full report on the results of the talks in Abu Dhabi. According to him, various issues were discussed in the trilateral format, in particular of a military nature, which concerns steps to end the war and real control and monitoring.
"There are issues to be prepared for the next meeting. Previously, we said that the teams would meet again on Sunday. It will be good if we can speed up this meeting. Ukraine will be as prepared as possible for all the things that need to be discussed and agreed upon," Zelenskyy emphasized.
According to the President, sanctions and blocking of russian operations are working to stop the war, so we need real results of diplomacy.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on January 26, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that members of the delegation representing Ukraine in trilateral talks with the US and russian parties reported on the results of the talks in Abu Dhabi (UAE).
A round of talks between Ukraine, the United States and russia ended on January 24 in Abu Dhabi.
