Starting from 12 a.m., January 22, 2026, Uklon launches round-the-clock operation of car call and delivery service applications in 16 more cities of Ukraine.
This is said in the company's message, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"The service's partner drivers, who have passes, can work and help residents get to the emergency and heating centers, medical facilities, and train stations. Thus, Uklon apps will work around the clock in 19 cities," the company said in a statement.
The service was previously available 24/7 in Kyiv, Lviv, and Uzhhorod.
The statement says that in order to support citizens in these extremely difficult conditions, Uklon is allocating UAH 3 million in promotional codes to be distributed in cooperation with local governments to support mobility to/from the points of invincibility.
So, in addition to Kyiv, Lviv, and Uzhhorod, Uklon apps for drivers and riders will be available in the following cities:
Center and North: Bila Tserkva, Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kremenchuk, Kropyvnytskyi, Poltava, Cherkasy.
West: Ivano-Frankivsk, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Lutsk, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi.
South and East: Kamianske, Odesa.
As of January 21, a pass is required to travel during the curfew in these cities.
However, the conditions may change by the decision of the regional military administrations.
The service will not work during the curfew in Bukovel.
Also, due to the security situation, Uklon apps for riders and drivers will not work during the curfew in Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, Chernihiv.
At the same time, Uklon is open to cooperation to provide the necessary support to residents and expects local authorities to support the service.
Earlier, the press service of Uklon and Bolt reported that together with the city authorities they had agreed on the curfew and from 12 a.m. on January 17, the service started working around the clock in Kyiv.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, representatives of Bolt, Uklon, and Uber have appealed to Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko and the Kyiv City Military Administration Head Tymur Tkachenko to grant them permission to operate taxis during the curfew, taking into account changes related to the energy emergency.
Ukraine is changing curfew rules amid massive russian attacks on energy infrastructure.
Citizens will be allowed to move around the streets at night, but only to get to the points of invincibility.
