As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, the computer-based anonymous testing of general abilities consisted of three blocks: verbal, abstract-logical and mathematical.

ADVERTISING

The verbal block lasted no more than eight minutes, the abstract-logical block — no more than twenty minutes, the mathematical block — no more than twenty minutes.

For each participant in the competition, an automated system generated a unique test of ninety questions (thirty questions from each block).

The maximum number of points that a candidate could score based on the results of one testing block — 145.

The final result of the testing of general abilities is the average score obtained by the candidate based on the results of completing three testing blocks.

The passing score, which indicates successful completion of the test, is 107 points.

The next stage of the competition will take place in early February 2026 - candidates will be tested for knowledge of the law.

After testing for general abilities, a special check of candidates and a check for compliance with the integrity criterion will begin, which may last until the interview stage with candidates.

To check for integrity, the Commission will use a wide range of tools - from searching for information in open sources to information from NABU, with which the Commission signed a memorandum of cooperation on December 17 last year.
