The Embassy of Ukraine in Iran temporarily suspends its work due to the aggravation of the security situation.
It was reported on the Embassy's Facebook page.
The mission said that it made this decision due to the security situation in Iran, and will inform about the resumption of work additionally.
The Embassy also urged to follow the instructions published earlier and not to endanger themselves.
The closure of the Embassy in Iran is connected with the recent escalation of anti-government protests in the country, where, according to various estimates of law enforcement organizations, thousands of protesters have been killed. It was earlier reported by the Ukrainian News agency.
