Russians attack critical infrastructure in Zhytomyr Region at night

On the night of Thursday, January 15, russian terrorist forces struck critical infrastructure facilities in two districts of the Zhytomyr Region, causing fires.

This was announced by the head of the Zhytomyr Regional Military Administration, Vitalii Bunechko, on the Telegram channel, Ukrainian News Agency reports.

"The enemy does not stop trying to deprive us of the most necessary services for life in the midst of winter frosts. Tonight, russia struck critical infrastructure facilities in the Zhytomyr and Korosten districts of the region," the report says.

Bunechko added that no one was injured as a result of the air strikes, and the fires were localized.

The restoration of critical infrastructure continues when the security situation at the damaged facilities allows.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of Tuesday, January 13, the military of the aggressor country of russia attacked critical infrastructure facilities in the Zviahel and Korosten districts of the Zhytomyr Region.
