President Volodymyr Zelenskyy proposes to the Verkhovna Rada to extend martial law and mobilization from February 3 for 90 days, i.e. until May 4, 2026. The relevant draft laws No. 14366 and No. 14367 were registered in the Rada on January 12, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

In particular, the bills propose to approve the decrees No. 40 and No. 41 of January 12, already signed by Zelenskyy, on extending the martial law in Ukraine and the term of general mobilization from February 3, 2026, for 90 days.

This will be the 18th vote of the parliament on these issues.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, on October 21, 2025, the Verkhovna Rada extended the martial law and general mobilization from November 5 for 90 days, i.e. until February 3, 2026.
