The Pension Fund reported that in 2026 the income limit for providing housing assistance to internally displaced persons has changed.
This is stated in the message of the PFU, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
According to the Procedure for providing housing assistance to internally displaced persons, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 20, 2022 No. 332 "Some issues of payment of housing assistance to internally displaced persons", housing assistance to internally displaced persons (IDPs) is extended for the next six-month period if the average monthly total income per recipient in such a family during the three-month period for which income is taken into account at the time of extension of the payment of assistance does not exceed four times.
Since on January 1, 2026, the subsistence minimum for persons who have lost their ability to work is UAH 2,595, the IDPs' accommodation allowance is extended for the next period, provided that the total income per recipient in the family does not exceed UAH 10,380 (UAH 2,595 x 4).
Without taking into account the total family income, the IDPs' accommodation allowance is extended to: recipients of pensions not exceeding UAH 10,380; persons with disabilities of groups I and II; children with disabilities under the age of 18; orphans and children deprived of parental care and persons among them under the age of 23, as well as foster parents, adoptive parents and guardians (trustees).
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, from December 1, internally displaced persons (IDPs) from the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) who have the status of combatants or persons with disabilities as a result of the war, will be able to apply for a housing voucher worth UAH 2 million through the Diia mobile application.
