The Board of the State Savings Bank (Oschadbank) received salaries ranging from UAH 756.000 to UAH 1.2 million in December.
This is evidenced by the data of the bank, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
The chairman of the Board received UAH 1.236 million in salary.
Members of the Board received salaries in the following amounts: UAH 1.092 million, UAH 800,000, UAH 881,000, UAH 950,000, UAH 756,000, UAH 937,000, and UAH 929,000.
The Board of Oschadbank consists of 8 members: Serhii Naumov (chairman of the Board), Yevhen Drachko-Yermolenko, Anton Tiutiun, Oleh Strynzha, Arsen Miliutin, Yurii Katsion, Daria Onyshchenko and Nataliia Butkova-Vitvitska.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, 100% of the shares of Oshchadbank PJSC are state-owned.
On November 4, the Supervisory Board of Oschadbank elected the winner of the competition for the position of the chairman of the Board of the bank - it was the Deputy Chairman of the Board for Corporate Business Yurii Katsion.
Naumov has a degree in engineering and economics, and in 2005 received an MBA degree from Kassel International Management School (Germany).
Naumov has 25 years of experience in the banking sector.
He has held senior positions in leading Ukrainian banks, including Raiffeisen Bank Aval, Ukrsibbank, Pravex Bank, and Piraeus Bank.
