The Board of PrivatBank received a total salary of UAH 16.3 million in December.
This is evidenced by the data on the website of the bank, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
It is noted that in December 2025, the chairman, deputy chairmen of the Board and members of the Board of the bank were paid part of the basic salary for November 2025 (60% with full payroll), salary for December (100% - for the period from 12/01/2025 to 12/31/2025) and had their vacations paid.
Thus, the chairman of the Board of the bank, Mikael Björknert, received UAH 3.492 million in salary and UAH 672,000 in non-cash form in December.
The deputy chairmen of the Board received salaries of UAH 2.127 million, UAH 1.274 million and UAH 1.479 million.
The members of the Board received salaries in the following amounts: UAH 1.868 million, UAH 1.907 million, UAH 1.970 million, and UAH 2.207 million.
The Board of Privatbank consists of 8 people: the chairman is Mikael Björknert, the deputies are Nataliia Savchuk, Larysa Chernysheva and Oleksii Filipov, and the Board members are Solvita Deglava, Dmytro Musiienko, Yevhen Zaihraev, Anton Razumnyi.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in 2024, PrivatBank increased its profit by 6% to a record UAH 40.1 billion.
100% of PrivatBank belongs to the state represented by the Ministry of Finance.
