The head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper has reported this.
As a result of the russian attack, explosions were recorded on the territory of the seaport in the Odesa District. According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, an empty oil storage tank was damaged, but it did not cause a fire.
There was no information on casualties or injuries.
"These attacks once again confirm that the enemy is targeting civilian infrastructure and objects of no military significance, harming civilians and putting them in danger," emphasized Kiper.
