NBU fines banks owned by Poroshenko and Tihipko, Oschadbank and 2 other banks for number of violations in December

The National Bank has fined banks owned by Petro Poroshenko and Serhii Tihipko, Oschadbank and 2 other banks for violating financial monitoring and currency legislation in December.

This is stated in the report of the NBU, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

In particular, the International Investment Bank (owned by Petro Poroshenko) received 2 fines, for UAH 1 million and UAH 13.5 million.

TAScombank (owned by Serhii Tihipko) was fined UAH 10 million.

Oschadbank received a fine of UAH 5.5 million.

Motor Bank and Clearing House received fines of UAH 3 million and UAH 200,000 , respectively.

In addition, Eu-Ro Lombard, Eu-Ro Finance Ltd. and Company received a fine of UAH 0.5 million, FC Goldana Plus LLC and FC Forward Finance LLC received UAH 340,000 each, FC Aksioma LLC and FC Centrofinance LLC received UAH 200,000 each, and LIGHT FINANCE LLC received UAH 51,000.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in November 2025, the National Bank imposed penalties for violation of the legislation of Ukraine, regulating activities in the payment market and consumer protection legislation, on LLC FC EVO (TM RozetkaPay) and LLC FC MBK of the Portmone Group.
