AFU used HIMARS to cover column of invaders near Pokrovsk. Video published

The Ukrainian military discovered a column of equipment together with soldiers of the army of the aggressor country, the russian federation, in the Pokrovsk area of the Donetsk Region. The invaders were hit by a missile from the M142 HIMARS multiple launch rocket system.

Journalist Yulia Kiriyenko published a video of the defeat of the russian column on her Telegram channel.

The accumulation of enemy equipment and soldiers was recorded by a UAV operator from the 425th separate assault regiment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In the video, you can see that several cars and ATVs are standing on the road. About ten invaders are standing next to them.

The operator of the Ukrainian "wing" transmitted the coordinates to "colleagues", who struck the invaders by firing a missile from a HIMARS installation. After the hit, two ATVs caught fire. The bodies of the injured invaders are visible next to them.

Kiriyenko writes that the incident occurred on a section of the road between the settlements of Novopavlivka and Chunyshyne. This is approximately 7 kilometers from Pokrovsk, where fierce fighting is ongoing.

As Ukrainian News Agency reported, earlier today, January 6, the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated that they had hit two russian army formations in the occupied Donetsk Region.

As a reminder, yesterday, First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov stated that in December 2025, UAV operators of all components of the Defense Forces of Ukraine eliminated 33,000 soldiers of the russian army.
