Russians attacks Kyiv Region at night. One killed, power outage in Slavutych

On the night of Monday, January 5, the military of the aggressor country of russia attacked the Kyiv Region. Residential sectors and critical infrastructure were hit, one person killed. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk in his Telegram channel.

"This night, the enemy is again cynically and massively attacking the Kyiv Region. Under attack are peaceful cities and villages, homes of ordinary people, critical infrastructure facilities. Terror against the civilian population continues," Kalashnyk wrote.

According to him, a civilian, a man born in 1951, was killed in the Fastiv district as a result of an enemy attack. His body was discovered while extinguishing a fire in his own house.

It is known that seven private and one multi-storey residential buildings, garages, two cars, production and warehouse premises were damaged in the Fastiv district.

"Due to the enemy attack, Slavutych was deprived of electricity. All critical infrastructure facilities have been switched to backup power. A city with heat and water," the head of the Regional Military Administration added.

As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, over the past week, the aggressor country of russia launched over 1,070 guided aerial bombs, almost a thousand drones and six missiles at Ukraine.
