On the night of December 31, the aggressor country of russia struck Bila Tserkva. Two people were injured. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration Mykola Kalashnyk in his Telegram channel.
A man born in 1964 received shrapnel wounds to his hand and head. A woman born in 1977 has an acute stress reaction. Both were provided with the necessary medical assistance on the spot.
Two multi-storey residential buildings were damaged - windows were broken, balconies were damaged.
"Together with the local authorities, we are already working to help residents as soon as possible. Now, in the cold, the first thing is to close the windows and return people to a sense of security. The enemy's goal does not change - to intimidate, plunge us into darkness, sow discord. Even on New Year's Eve, the terrorist country strikes peaceful houses, bringing fear and ruin," Kalashnyk wrote.
The head of the Regional Military Administration asks Ukrainians not to ignore air alert signals and to be sure to stay in safe places during attacks.
