Rescuers in Kyiv have completed work to eliminate the consequences of the massive shelling by the military of the aggressor country, the russian federation, which occurred on December 27. This is stated in a message from the Main Department of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv.
"Emergency rescue and restoration work at all locations has been completed. The State Emergency Service units cleared the rubble, dismantled emergency structures, inspected damaged buildings and ensured the safety of the territories," it says.
As a result of the shelling, one person was killed, 32 people were injured, 2 of them were children.

The State Emergency Service said that at night, tents with heat guns were deployed at the locations to heat the residents of the affected houses, and units were also on duty.
More than 400 rescuers and 90 units of special equipment were involved in the liquidation of the consequences. Disaster relief headquarters, KARS units, municipal services and volunteer organizations also worked on the ground.
As Ukrainian News Agency earlier reported, on the night of December 27 and throughout Saturday, the russians massively attacked Kyiv and the capital region.
