Russia has been carrying out another massive strike on Ukraine since night, using almost 500 strike drones, including Shaheds, as well as more than 40 missiles, including Kinzhals.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated this in his address.
According to him, the main target of the attack was Kyiv - energy facilities and civilian infrastructure were hit. There are hits and damaged residential buildings in the capital, rescuers are looking for a person under the rubble of one of them.
In a number of districts of Kyiv and the region, there is no electricity and heating, and firefighting is underway. Repair crews have already started work on some energy facilities, while personnel are in shelters at others and will begin restoration after the air alerts are over.
Zelenskyy stressed that instead of responds to international proposals to end the war, russia speaks the language of missiles and drones.
