Russian drone hits five-story building in Chernihiv: one person killed, five wounded

On December 25, russian troops attacked a five-story residential building in Chernihiv. The attack killed one person and injured five others, including one child.

It was reported by the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration Dmytro Bryzhynskyi. ʼ

According to him, a russian drone managed to hit the building, the damage was recorded on the third floor.

The city council added that in addition to the residential building, the russians also attacked a critical infrastructure facility in the city.

Recall that the Chernihiv Region has been under constant russian attacks for several days in a row.

On December 24, a russian drone flew into a high-rise building in Chernihiv at about 4 p.m. and exploded. A fire broke out.

Earlier that day, private houses, a five-story building and two educational institutions were damaged, and an outbuilding caught fire. Two cars burned down as a result of the explosions, windows were damaged in nearby buildings, and school No. 13 sustained minor damage.

Five rounds of emergency outage schedules have been applied in the Chernihiv Region, which will be in effect until a separate order of NPC Ukrenergo.
