This is stated in Decree No. 980 of December 24, the Ukrainian News agency reports.
"...to deprive Lyskun Sofia Valeriivna and Sendziuk Oleksandra Serhiivna of the scholarships of the President of Ukraine, appointed by the Decree of the President of Ukraine of April 8, 2025 No. 221/2025," the document says.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, in December it became known that Ukrainian vice world diving champion and participant of two Olympics Sofia Lyskun changed her citizenship to russian.
President of the National Olympic Committee of Ukraine Vadym Hutsait commented on the change of citizenship by titled diver Sofia Lyskun, saying that he was "unpleasantly surprised" by her decision to obtain a russian federation passport.
Minister of Youth and Sports Matvii Bidnyi said, that the adoption of russian citizenship by Ukrainian vice-champion in diving Sofia Lyskun is the result of the systematic work of the aggressor state, he also linked it to the lack of civic identity education in Ukraine.
