The National Securities and Stock Market Commission has added 2 more projects to the list of questionable investment projects.

The Commission has said this in a statement, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

The Commission continues to work to ensure the protection of investors - at a regular meeting, the list of potentially dangerous investment projects was updated.

The following SCAM projects have been added to the list: MaxProfit Academy Ltd and Azeta SA.

The updated list already contains 458 projects with signs of fraud or violations of the law.

They can be viewed on the official website of the commission in the "Protection of Investor Rights" section.

The NSSMC draws attention to the typical signs of risky investment projects: there are no licenses and clear information about the organizers, there are no supporting documents, there is no proper regulation or supervision, intrusive advertising is used, unrealistically high profits are promised and possible risks are not mentioned.

As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, dubious financial projects are often disguised as legal companies, actively advertised, offer "free bonuses" or guaranteed profits, but do not have a license and hide legal information.
