On the morning of December 22, a car carrying the head of the operational training department of the general staff of the armed forces of the aggressor state of russia, Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, was blown up in Moscow. He died from injuries.

It is indicated that in the morning on Yaseneva Street in Moscow, an explosive device installed under the bottom of the car was activated. As a result of the injuries received, the head of the operational training department of the general staff of the armed forces of the russian federation, Lieutenant General Fanil Sarvarov, died.
Currently, an inspection of the scene is being carried out, witnesses and eyewitnesses are being questioned, and video surveillance cameras are being studied. The investigation will order examinations, in particular, forensic and explosives.
The incident is being investigated as murder committed in a generally dangerous manner, as well as illegal trafficking in explosives. At the same time, one of the versions being investigated is the organization of the crime by Ukrainian special services.
